Volkswagen Golf Wiring Problem
When i put my full beam lights on at night there very very dim and you cant see anything in front of you so i put my side lights on there dim but you can see a little light infront of you

Check the ground / earth side of the bulb wiring to mske sure there is no voltage drop / loss. No more than 0.2v on loaded ground wire.
Have the alignment of the beams checked if the voltage above checks out fine.
