So you have lug bolts instead of lug studs?As long as it didnt shear because of being cross threaded then it shouldn't be too costly to fix.I would get it fixed as soon as possible because now you have one less lug bolt then the car was designed for holding the wheel on.

For short distance driving you should be able to do it. Just ensure other bolts are torqued to specification.
Do not attempt high speed driving and hard cornerings.
