Toyota Corolla Steering Problem

Turning the Steering Wheel in either direction produces a loud "hissing" sound (like deflating a tire). The steering is OK (not stiff) and the fluid level is normal and does not appear to be leaking.

You need to locate the source of the noise. It could be from the ball joints or steering linkages.
