Toyota Corolla Emissions Problem
Hc emissions high 15mph max 64 meas 145. 25mph max 47 meas 51 what could be the problem

HC is unburned fuel so you have to look for where it could be coming from. Simply changing the oil will sometimes help a lot but it usually comes down to incomplete combustion/misfire.
