Car start after the ignition key is turned twice. engine seems to run smooth but, when gear is place in D and car accelerated engine starts to skip, seems to have low power and sometimes dies. I have replaced the filter fuel, spark plugs, spark plug wires and flushed the injectors. What can it be?
