1996 Toyota Camry Ve Had Out Shop Service Still Heat On Irriation

I've had my 1996 camry in and out of the shop for service still have the problem : when heat is on i have irriation of eye...throat it's coming out of the a/c vents very lightly but i have my heat knob on the
leg area for heat. Other wise the car runs good. need help !!!!
