Toyota Camry Exhaust Problem

I just replaced the cylinder head on my Camry and now it has an exhaust leak directly below the water inlet? There is a threaded hole there but what goes in it? Also the heater does not blow hot air unless the engine is at high rpm. What could cause that?

o2 sensor for the exhaust.

air in system. check coolant level till the thermostat opens
