1996 Toyota Camry Coolant Anti Freeze Apparently Leaking Base Oil Cooler Oil

Coolant/anti-freeze is apparently leaking from the base of the oil cooler-oil filter assembly. How do I fix that? It seems the oil cooler-oil filter base assembly is not even available in the market.
