Airbag light on Help!!

I have a 1996 Toyota Camry. It has the airbag light on. I accidentally pulled out the SRS fuse and the light came on. The airbags have not been deployed. How can I reset the airbag light without going to the dealer and spending money? I tried to take the battery out and it still didn't work, the negative and positive/ negative for one day each.

Thanks

See below

DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM
WARNING:Back-up power supply maintains SRS voltage for about 90 seconds after battery is disconnected. After disabling SRS, wait at least 90 seconds before servicing SRS to prevent accidental air bag deployment and possible personal injury.

Disabling System
Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Disconnect and shield negative battery cable. Wait at least 90 seconds before working on system. Remove steering wheel pad. See STEERING WHEEL PAD & SPIRAL CABLE under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION . Disconnect passenger-side air bag connector, accessible through finish plate in glove box. See Fig. 1 .
