4Runner vibrates when driving fast

How much does it cost to fix a drivetrain on 96 4runner? My car vibrates when driving over 60mph. Also when I go below 20mph my car makes a clicking sound and I can feel it in my gear shift

The cost would depend on what needs to be done/repaired/changed. I agree that it could be de to the U-joints. Have the tires balanced.
