cant keep it running

we have a 96 pontiac grand am GT and we replaced the air filter and feul pressure regulator but the car starts then dies it wont stay running

Have you checked the fuel pressure yet?If so what is the pressure?Any trouble code's?

i got two codes one is P0102 and P0140

The p0140 is for the o2 sensor and isn't going to cause it not start the code p0102 can cause it not to start lets start by fixing that code first.I posted all the info needed for that code let me know what you find.

Do you happen to have a security light on or flashing when you try to start it?
