Pontiac Grand Am Gas Problem

96 grand am 3.1 6 cyl ,coolant dripping under tension pulley, looked at motor at every possible no visable hoses leaking ,looked at gm 's part list and it shows a bypass hose somewhere behind the altenater , i looked and looked couldnt see any thing, cant even see the end of the heater core hose to see where it connects is it somewhere behind the alt. ,i just put a jar of bars stop leak in , i figured if its somekind of hidden bypass hose the stop leak wont work ,if its a intake manifold gasket it should slow down ,,

have coolant system checked for leaks, it may be an inlet gasket or head gasket
