II have a 96 plymouth voyager and my wipers randomly come on, my van randomly dies while drivind down the road put it in neutral and it will start back up, today i went to start it to let it warm up and the wipers were on without turning them on the headlights and turn signals didnt work the lights on the heater control unit were flashing and when i turned it off and took the key out it took a little bit for it to die. what could this problem be.
