Why wont my heat in my work?

It works just a little, but not to its full extent.

The blower doesn't work on full blast? Check the switch. Make sure it passes power on all speed settings. Make sure the blower itself is receiving power on all speed settings.

The blower works on it, its the heat that wont actually blow through

Check the connections from the temperature control lever to the air box. Also check the connection from the diverter switch to the diverter controller on the air box.

ADJUSTMENTS
TEMPERATURE CONTROL CABLE
Attach cable to actuator arm on temperature door. Attach other end of cable to instrument panel
control. Turn temperature **** completely counterclockwise.
1.
Pull on black casing of temperature control cable while holding temperature **** in
counterclockwise position. This will take up any free play in cable and position temperature
door to temperature ****. Snap cable hold-down clip into position and remount control.
2.
MODE CONTROL CABLE
Attach cable to actuator arm on mode door. Attach other end of cable to instrument panel
control. Turn mode **** completely counterclockwise.
1.
Pull on black casing of mode control cable while holding **** in counterclockwise position.
This will take up any free play in cable and position mode door to mode ****. Snap cable holddown
clip into position.
2.
RECIRCULATION CONTROL CABLE
Attach cable to actuator arm on recirculation door. Attach other end of cable to instrument
panel control. Turn recirculation **** completely counterclockwise.
1.
Pull on black casing of recirculation control cable while holding **** in counterclockwise
position. This will take up any free play in cable and position recirculation door to recirculation
****. Snap cable hold-down clip into position.
