1996 Nissan Maxima Repair Question

Nissan Maxima Clutch Problem

Hi experts
I have nissan maxima 1996 with 400000 km
Everything is working perfectly but i am fed up with its clutch and gear. clutch is very hard and gear shifter is also very hard to shift so that is why i loose accelaration when i want change the gear fast.
Please guys tell me some solution.

how old is the clutch??

have you serviced the trans regularly???

I changed the pressure plate with clutch plate before 8 months
And i am not using the 2 much only 1 push for changing the gear

The transmission is also ok but because of shifter and clutch there is jerk in low speed
Not smooth drive in low speed
But when it get above 50 km speed then the drive is smooth with good acceleration

how do you know the trans is ok??

you may have worn out syncros that would explain your issues

ok. if the syncros worn is there also a sound when we are accelerating the car. because in 1,2 and 3 gear there is a sound when I am accelerating. and its suddenly disappear when i am shifting in 4.
i checked this sound its not when the car is in neutral.
