1996 Mercury Villager Repair Question

Mercury Villager Fuse Problem
The battery was dead. The cables to charge it were put on backwards. Now nothing but the headlights will go on. Is there a main fuse that I should check? What should I do?

main fuse in the fuse box. change it and check all other fuses as well. then keep your fingers crossed you did not burn out any modules.
