i got a1961 mercury it donot blower hot heater

is this a 1961 or 1996? make sure that both the hoses going to the heater are hot. they should be about the same temp. If the blower isn't working then you need to check if you are getting power to it. there is a relay for the 96 andmay be for th 61. it can be a switch or resistor on both so these have to be checked.
