Lexus LS 400 Catalytic converter Problem

What is could be the cause on a
1996 lexus ls400 running with fuel coming out from exhaust and shacking?

A misfiring has occurred and it could be a bad spark, ignition coil or a bad fuel injector. Continued driving under this condition can damage the catalytic converter as it would be glowing red hot.
Check for trouble codes if the Malfunction Indicator Light is showing.
