Lexus ES 300 Body Problem
Why does my rmps Idle under 700 rmps when I first start my car but when my car warms up the rmps go up to the normal idle rmps.My car use to idle at 1200 rmps when I first started my car and when it warms up the idle comes down like it is supposed to do.

The cold start system is not operating correctly and most likely the IAC is stuck. Try cleaning the throttle body and IAC to see if it helps.
