JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE ALTERNATOR PROBLEM
1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee • 277,000 miles
My jeep started acting up like 2 months ago by just losing power found out my battery went bad so I got that changed and got both the alternator and start checked too. But then it started stalling out when I was driving and it felt like it wasnt getting enough gas cause it would idle rough when I started it up or was at a stoplight so I got some fuel injector cleaner and it ran good for a few days then started doing it again so I changed my spark plugs and wires ran good for like 1.5 weeks then this past week it stalled out when I was leaving the trailer park I live in on my way to work I have to hold it for like 10 seconds before it will actually crank over it sounds like it isnt getting enough fuel to kick it back over. It ran fine when I left work and took a friend homethat night and when I worked the next few days but today it did it when I was leaving work at 12am when I was accelerating to the exit of the parking lot and when I was accelerating to the light and it only has been doing it when accelerating through 1st gear every time
