Blower motor went dead so replaced it with used one. Now motor runs strong but no air is going through vents. It seems like air is been blown outside just at the bottom of windshield.

Prior to old motor going dead, air was blown through all vents just fine with slight problem in left windsheild/dashborad vent but nothing serious.
As soon as i replaced motor, no air at all through any vents.
