Overheating

My car overheated and it turned off smoke was coming out and it wouldnt turn on does that mean it wont work anymore? Whats gonna happen?

That would depend on how bad the overheating was and the amount of damage it caused.

After cooling down, there is a possibility the engine could be restarted but it might not run as well as it should due do damages to gaskets etc.

If the head gaskets had been damaged, you need to get it replaced and the cylinder head checked/refaced.

The overheating could have caused damage to sensors and these would have to be checked as well.

First you need to check the over heating, check for coolant leaks with a pressure test, check the thermostat and cooling fan first, get this sorted and see if any damage has been done with the over heating.
