1996 Honda Civic Repair Question

Honda Civic Noise Problem
I believe I have a mouse living in the dash of my honda.. very curious how to get inside and get a full inspection.. and also, when I turn off my car, it whistles and makes all kinds of funny, high pitched noises......... can someone help?

We can't locate mice or noises from our arm chair. You need to locate the source of the noise and tell us where it is coming from before we are of any help.
