1996 Honda Ballade Repair Question

Starter spins but doesnt turn the motor, all electrics are fine, lights etc

Tried starting the motor by towing, also failed. Please help!

Sounds like the starter motor overrunning clutch is slipping

It it is an automatic transmission, towing would not work.
