1996 Honda Accord Having Electrical Issues Dash Lights Vent Turn Signal

I am having some electrical issues like the dash lights, vent lights, turn signal lights, odometer, and speedometer will once and a while turn on or off while when I mess with the dash dimmer light switch the dash lights will come back on.
