Holden Other Battery Problem
I want too change/ add/ check tha battery water where is it and what do I do if I have to add water or if there's none?
It's a 1996 vs commodore executive
Also it makes like a tick noise what does that mean also what is it and what can I do to fix it?

You will probably have a maintenance free battery, if there are no cell plugs, this will be the case. The ticking noise may be a noisy hydraulic lifter, you should get a mechanic to listen to this to ensure that this is the case.
