1996 GMC Sierra Repair Question

GMC Sierra Fuse Problem
When i turn the switch on the ecmb fuse blows so i took the fuel pump relay out and it did not blow the ecm fusewhat could be the problem

That may not be a conclusive test? Your reducing the amp draw on the fuse circuit. If you had disconnected one of the other circuits that get voltage from ecmb fuse instead of fuel pump relay, it probably wouldn't have blown? You could have a fuel pump problem.
