1996 Gmc Jimmy On Early Morining Start Engine Misses Raw Fuel Comes Out Tail

On early morining start up engine misses and raw fuel comes out of the tail pipe , get a miss fire code for cylider #3, Had these Items replaced plug wires cap and rotor spark pluges and #3 injector. still have same problem the odd thing is once it up to Operating temp the missing goes away but their is stil a slight hesitation like a cylinder is droppiing.
Any Ideas? the dealership has no Idea what is causing it.
