One code is for the IAC and the other for the converter. Check to make sure the converter isn't plugged. The IAC is responsible for vehicle idle. See if it will start with your foot on the gas. Also, make sure the fuel pressure is within spec and make sure you are getting power to the fuel injectors.

You can use a noid light or a regular test light. Disconnect the injector. There will be two wires. One is a ground and one power. Get a good ground for the light and then back probe the injector to check for power. NOTE: Have a friend crank the engine. You should get a strobe effect from the light. It shouldn't stay on constant or off.
