Ford Taurus Heater Problem

I just replaced a thermostat on a 96 Ford Taurus and I'm not getting any heat, just cold air. Not sure if its the water pump, or if it could be any thing "big" like that. Some help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Loren.

Feel the radiator and heater hoses once the engine has warmed up. They should be too hot to hold onto for very long. If they are, suspect a problem with an actuator on the heater box.
