When I am driving and makes a even louder clankin when I turn car off I didnt start hearing this noise from under the hood until I changed my fuel pump, when I am driving sometimes it sound like water moving around, and when I am parked the noise sounds like it is coming from my water pump, but my car doesn't over heat at all, and when I turn the car off it makes a clanking sound.

Thats in the back of the car. Have someone look at the parts driven by the serp belt to see if something is failing. Have somone remove the belt and see if the noise is still there
