Transfer case back on I'm not able to put it into gear?

I replaced the clutch, master cylinder, and slave cylinder and I'm able to shift but when I put the transfer case I cant get it into gear I'm able to shift when I don't put the transfer case but as soon as I put the transfer case back on I'm not able to put it into gear?

No not by engaging I mean by putting back on the transmission

Does not make any sense. Whether the case is in or not should not have anything to do with the engagement unless there is a failure in the transfer case.

Why did you replace the clutch and what parts did you use?
