Ford F-150 Spark Problem
My 96 ford f-150 5.0 has a hard time starting, especially in the mornings ! i put a new fuel filter on it, new plugs and gauged them, new cap , rotor button and plug wires ! the fuel pump pressure reads between 40 and 45 lbs. and hold steady ! no gas in the regulator vacuum hose either ! the pressure drops some when i pull the vacuum hose off the regulator ! i just can,t understand why it,s so hard to start ! now once it starts it runs good and has lots of power !

Check the engine compression and ensure ignition sparks are bright blue. Weak sparks can cause difficult starting.
