I replaced the water pump on my explorer. 4 litre. I filled it with water to check it out. There was no leaking around the pump at all. Then I put the rad cap on and somewhere in the back of engine water started leaking out. I re checked all the holes and everything but can't find where it's leaking from. Just know it's not around the water pump like before. I wasn't leaking in the back before. What could it be or what might I have done wrong?

If its not leaking from the pump then I would say you have another leak. Try renting a coolant pressure tester to pump up. The cooling system. They rent them at auto zone. Pump the cooling system up and see where its leaking.
