The accessory belt has come off, but the belt itself seemed undamaged. So first of all I would like to know how can I put it back (rout of the belt and how to tension it) it would be great if I could see a picture of the rout, secondly what could cause belt to come off?

If the belt is undamaged, check the belt tensionier to make sure it is good. As far as belt routing, refer to our home page under the DIY section under belts. There will be schematics there to guide you.
