Fixed the heater blower/Temp gauge blown fuse ground problem, OD wire grounded out in center shift column.
Now the Problem is the fuel Gauge is not working rear brake lights are not working, rear hazards and the rear right left blinkers are not working.
The Rear running lights, center rear brake light and the back up lights are working.

Check the wire connections between the interior (underdash) fuse panel and rear lights. Possibly the connector is not installed or plugged in securely.

High mount stop does not go through the fuse panel from the stop light switch so it is working.
