that code is a an intermittent loss of crank or cam sensor. so check tose for resistance and if high , replace it.also check connections like wiggling whiel truck is running if you can it may need anew connector/wires. there is a tsb for the crank sensor andi've included part numbrs for each aprt but the dealer may have anew one that you splice in.
