We have a 96 dodge stratus that we have replaced everything pertaining to brakes front and rear including master cylinder, brakes lines, rotors everything and lines we still have absolutely no brakes the fronts do not have portioning valve but rear does, but the car brakes still do not work. Somebody says if we remove the proportion valve in the rear it will work. The fronts do not have this valve and still the brakes will not hold please help

Did you replace everything becuase of no brakes to start?

Bleeding is very critical as air will give you no braking. You did not mentio anything about the calipers.

Forget what whoever said about the valve. Never remove anything critical to braking operation.

It sounds like you need a shop to pressure bleed the system for you to get the pedal back, assuming everything was done correctly.
