the truck will turn over,but not start. I changed the distributor and the rotor. I even changed the plugs and wires, also had the coil checked, that was in working order. Please tell me what i can do next to get this truck to start. I drove it home from work one day and the next day it just would not start. Please help asap......

You know all the spark plugs and wires didn't fail at the same time. Have you checked for diagnostic fault codes? Have you checked if the automatic shutdown (ASD) relay is turning on during cranking? Have you checked for spark and fuel pressure?
