My 1996 dodge intrepid has needed new brake pads for awhile but it hasn't been bad.. no sounds, no screeching really. all of a sudden if i brake it wont stop, unless i pump the brakes 3 times then it will stop.. There is brake fluid. Could it just be the pads are worn down too much or is there an obvious problem with the lines or master cylinder?
