1996 Dodge Intrepid Repair Question

1996 intrepidRear wheels locked up..will move freely in reverse.... what could the problem be?
Backed out of parking space. put in drive, rolled freely for about 5 feet then rear wheels locked up. Will still roll freely in reverse.

does that have disc brakes/antilock?
