i have a 96 dodge intrepid 3.3 moter my check engine light came on i got a code of p1784 i know my tranny leaks out of the screw holes the threads got stripped when i got a new filter in and there is a small radiator leak in the hoses that connect to the tranny

That is not a listed code for that vehicle. It may be a problem with the scan tool software but it is a transmission related code so I suggest visiting a transmission specialty shop.
