Wont turn over

I have a 96 town and country van. i have had a small oil leak for quiet some time now and i kept oil in it when needed it.. today went out to go to the store and my oil light came on and wont stop dinging. it then cut off on me and now all my van does is click and wont turn over can someone please help me.. i was going to junk it but dont want to do that if it can be fixed..

First thing did you check the oil level?

try to turn the engine at the fly wheel.

i have no idea where the fly wheel is at

The crank pulley bottom pulley where the belt is.

ok i will try that and see what happens if that dont work do u think that i threw a rode or it locked up?

Turn it clockwise with a breaker bar if it dont turn its locked up.
