7 wires in the instrument cluster

I am trying to hook up a taxi meter to a 1996 town and country van. I need to know what each color of the 7 wires goes to in the instrument cluster.

That is a good question. The item that you are trying to use can be manufactured by many different companies. You need to find the manufacturer's name and contact them for a wiring schematic. That will show you what each wire is for and where they should go.
