Chrysler Concorde Panel Problem
Left side of instrumental panel lights are out. how do you replace the bulb?

The fact that you have lost the whole left side would indicate more than one light is out which would point more toward a bad circuit board than a bulb problem. Either way the cluster has to be removed.
