1996 Chevrolet Tahoe 96 Been Having Trouble Cranking Sets More Than Day Without

I have a 96 Tahoe and i have been having trouble with it cranking.If it sets for more than a day without cranking,it wont start.When you go to crank it, it normally floods.I have to take the plugs out and light them to burn the gas off of them.I put them back in and prime it 3or4 times and it wont crank.It seems like if I give it gas it will try to crank but it wont.I need to get this fixed quick because this is our family vehicle, so we r kinda stuck.Any response will be helpful.
