I would check the claipers for being seized. I would check the brake hoses for being collapsed. When was the last time you changed the brake fluid, as it needs to be serviced like the oil?
Check the power brake booster for internally applying the brakes.
If you have an abs system, this needs to be checked for codes and the data needs to be checked.
