The car lost all power to ignition system and fuel pump all at once. Changed ecm but didn't work. Everything else works.

why did you change the ecm??? new or used???? did you have it flashed?????
first, put your old one back in the truck.
check all fuses with a test light. lets start at basics before assuming anything
