And what is a flat and its location referring to the engine which is a 3.4L Im in the middle of changing my timing belt car won't start at the moment I think valve is stuck open.

Not sure I understand the question. If you think you mayt have a stuck valve, check engine compression. If there is a stuck valve, you will have no compression in that cylinder.
