Rear brakes making a grinding noise

Hello, i have a 96 chevy lumina car 3.1, having rear brake noise,heres what i have changed wheel cylinder,springs, shoes, drum twice and i had one drum cut, wheel bearing and its still making a grinding sound. your thoughts

is the drum hitting the ring around the outside of the drum???

what kind of brake lining??

i checked the backing plate theres no wear that i can find and this is the second set brake shoes rabestos

is there nytihng inside the drum that is rubbing??
